Vendor Registration Specialist with Swedish. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in shaping our new Approved Supplier focus group and grow together with the rapidly developing organization.
Responsibilities: - Processing new ASL evaluation/ re-evaluation requests in a timely manner
- Diligent review of ASL Request Form
- Obtaining registration information and updating documents on the organisation's database
- Consistently maintaining ASL mailbox from suppliers & internal stakeholders
- Providing regular updates to requestors
- Keeping track of ASL registration status, following up with the supplier or/and other process users to complete the registration
- Prioritizing the work based on the need date & urgent requests
- Close collaboration with Operational and Commercial Buyers as well as Category Managers
- Managing portfolio of suppliers & taking pro-active action for the expiring vendors
- Attend meetings and update others on issues or concerns, when there is a risk that could prevent the organization meeting customer demands or where there are over capacity concerns
- Coordinate daily work with accordance to volume and plant's requirements
- Support and promote a culture where a high quality of work is the norm
Requirements: - BA in Supply Chain, Business or similar
- minimum: 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain or in transactional/operational environment
- Fluent (written and spoken) in both English and Swedish. Language ability is critical when interfacing with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in corporate environment, operational areas (manufacturing, assembly, distribution), supply chain, ideally in the nuclear or highly technical areas a plus
- Very good communication & negotiation skills
- Highly skilled at building and maintaining effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
- Data Analytical and reporting skills with an eye for details
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and proactively identify and solve issues
- Experience in making decisions required to deliver expected services with quality and on time.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, solution orientation, and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint is desirable
- Proficient use of SAP or equivalent ERP system is desirable
- Knowledge of manufacturing, assembly or distribution of equipment and associated suppliers is desirable.
