We are looking for a Swedish-speaking person with previous
experience within the
igaming industry, to join a stadily growing casino operator with two licensed, successful casinos aimed at the Swedish market.
Joining a rather small team, you will be wearing more than one hat, so you'll not only work with general
Customer Support-queries, but also get involved with
Risk, Fraudand
Payments, and with
Responsible Gaming.

Salary of up to €27KRole & Responsibilities - Customer support via mainly chat and email in Swedish and English
- Manage queries and tasks within Risk, Fraud, Payments and Responsible Gaming
- Credit manual bonuses as and when required
- Maintain accurate records of all player interactions
- Collaborate with other teams to provide a top class over-all customer experience
Skills & Experience requried - Native(C2) Swedish speaker and excellent communication skills in English
- Previous experience of working in a customer-facing role within the igaming industry
- Interested in building a career within igaming
- Hungry for knowledge, willing to learn, someone who says teach me more
- Naturally service minded
- Highly computer and internet literate
- Ability to manage several chats simultaneously
- Time management skills and dependable
- Willing and able to work shifts (Morning/Day/Late) on a rolling rota
- Happy to work in an office-based role (not remotely) in San Gwann
