Logistics Handling Specialist with English and Swedish (f/m/d)

Siemens Global Business Services is looking for Logistics Handling Specialist with English and Swedish f/m/d to join our international Global Business Services in one of our divisions. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for customer order processing, some logistics activities and regular contact with client. There is also a possibility to work remotely.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing customer orders for instruments and accessories
• Processing customer orders according to commercial principles
• Tracking deliveries and coordinating them with other services that are needed to fulfill contractual obligations
• Handling timely invoicing
• Proactive correction and/or escalation deviations from the target state
• Phone and e-mail contact with customers, suppliers and internal customers
• Creating reports as part of logistics controlling

What do you need to make real what matters?

• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Swedish (mandatory)
• Academic degree in a business-related field, ideally with a focus on logistics or commercial education
• Experience/background in handling customer orders
• Knowledge of SAP modules SD and MM
• Good level of proficiency in working with Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Practical experience in evaluating and analyzing data sets
• Ability to work in a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Open-mindedness, 'can do' attitude and positive attitude to performed tasks
