Become the newest member of our successful Scandinavian IT team, where you will be the first point of contact for our enterprise customers and be responsible for maintaining the relationship with them and help solve technical issues. Proservia supports a number of multinational and high-profile companies worldwide. As a Swedish Helpdesk Agent, you are offered:

  • Salary: €23.500 + €1000 per year
The challenge: We support all the Swedish companies that have purchased our client`s products and we help them solve any hardware or software related issues they have. For us it is important to be able to fix every technical issue with great success, while ensuring the best client experience! Our customers will send you their inquiries stating their technical issue, you will check if the warranty of their product is still valid and escalate the case to the right department. In more detail, you will be receiving the inquiries to our CRM system, meaning that you won’t spend much time over the phone. It won’t be a typical call centre environment but rather a place where you help our customers, only once the problem has been solved, you will follow up with a call to ensure that they are satisfied. About You: We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious candidate who wants to progress within the company, as we have many different career steps you can take. You can be a recent graduate, school leaver, or a professional that wants to kick-start their career and gain some relevant experience in a multinational environment. For you to fit in with the company culture, you need to have good communication skills and enjoy working in a welcoming and friendly team, where sharing ideas and helping each other is key.
