Client Success Associate (2024 Graduates): Norwegian or Swedish Speaking
What you'll do
- Build, develop and manage relationships with a variety of clients, ensuring they are successful in the utilization of their Gartner subscription
- Facilitate client calls and engagements to surface client priorities
- Identify approaches that address the client's challenges
- Conduct regular analysis to understand client performance and engagement
- Participate in or lead team initiatives that support continuous improvement
What you need
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree and/or Master's Degree with an expected graduation date of December 2023 to May 2024
- Relevant professional or internship experience
- Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delivering value to clients
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, prioritization, problem solving, critical thinking, and influencing skills
- Fluent in both English and Norwegian or Swedish (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
