Columna provides clear, actionable and simple overviews of a patient's course of treatment while supporting the documentation of treatment and clinical tasks. Make customers a top priority
As a Technical Writer, you will ensure that our customers and users have the greatest possible experience on a day-to-day basis when reading about and trying to understand our products. In this role, you will be translating various types of documents from Danish and English into Swedish and keeping track of translations to ensure that they are kept up to date. In addition, you will...

  • edit and review technical documentation and other non-technical communication, such as release notes and feature requirements specifications
  • manage terminology by advising on correct terminology and maintaining an in-house dictionary
  • perform software localisation of the complete software solution (Danish - Swedish)
  • offer expertise and assistance in a variety of communicative matters
  • transform technical data into information that can easily be understood by testers, end-users etc.
  • collect information from customers about their processes and needs.


You will be part of a diverse and well-functioning team comprising one technical writer who focuses on Danish customers and other product specialists for whom the customers are their top priority.

Put your excellent writing skills into practice
We are looking for a new colleague who has experience from the healthcare or IT domain and who has a good understanding of the challenges that end-users face when working with software. You must hold a relevant degree in communication or translation and have 3+ years of experience from a similar role. At the same time, we would like someone who...

  • keeps the customer in mind and advocates their needs
  • has good collaborative skills across functions and roles
  • has experience with Help & Manual (or similar authoring tool), Trados Studio, RWS Language Cloud and Microsoft Office
  • is native Swedish-speaking and fluent in Danish and English
