As our new Student Worker, you will provide valuable support to the CPW Marketing team across a range of projects and tasks related to brand management, CSR/CSV, and digital initiatives. This role will offer you a diverse learning experience, covering various topics. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with internal and external brand communication.
• Translating and proof-reading marketing materials and packaging texts.
• Supporting Brand Managers and our Business Development Manager with marketing and sales analysis and administrative tasks.
• Updating and monitoring websites and brand-related e-content.
• Monitoring and analyzing performance effectiveness of digital projects and campaigns.
• Help drive brand awareness and excitement internally and on occasion take part in our external marketing brand initiatives, incl. sampling activation.

This position is based at our Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen. You will join our Marketing team and report to the Marketing Manager for the CPW North Cluster, with a dotted reporting line to one of the Brand Managers for CPW Nordics, who is also based in Copenhagen.

As a team, we take ownership of our actions and believe that progress is more important than perfection. We prioritize building strong relationships and fostering open communication. We serve as the voice of the consumer within the organization. In this environment, you will have the freedom to express your thoughts, be heard, and make a genuine impact.

We expect that you can work 10-15 hours per week, but specific working hours/days are flexible according to your studies. The hourly wage is DKK 173 per hour, plus pension and all the breakfast cereals you can eat.

Please note that due to budgeting reasons, your contract will initially be set to last until end 2025, but the hope and intention is very much that we will be able to extend the position into 2026 (and beyond, depending on when you will finish your studies), as we get closer.

Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you have great prioritization and time management skills, a keen eye for details, and a structured and proactive approach to your work. In addition to this, you:

• Ideally, have at least two years left of your studies within a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Digital Business, or similar). However, it may also be that you have chosen a different field of study but have a genuine passion for marketing.
• Are fluent in both Swedish and English (required).
• Are an experienced user of Microsoft Office tools.
• Have strong communication skills, take initiative, and reach out to relevant colleagues and other stakeholders as needed.
• Are a natural coordinator that can keep an overview without overlooking the details.
• Have a positive, proactive, and curious attitude, and are ready to put fun into work together with us!
