Role Summary

Join Our Team as a Swedish Speaking Junior HR Data Administration Specialist!

Your Responsibilities

• Maintenance of employee data (e.g., new hires, changes, terminations, tax information and travel & expense reports)
• Registration of new hires, terminations, employment changes in employment register
• Maintenance of organizational structure
• Absence and attendance registration and handling
• Registration of payroll data input (e.g., deductions, benefits, bonuses and new salaries)
• Handling service requests through C4C system and inquiries by phone
• Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position

Your Experience and Skills

• Fluency in Swedish; additional Nordic languages are a plus
• Strong command of English
• Experience in customer service and a genuine enthusiasm for communication, paired with a customer-centric mindset
• Attention to detail and precision in handling data
• Tech-savvy with eagerness to work with advanced systems like SAP
• Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, adaptable attitude
• A desire to grow professionally and contribute to a collaborative team

Nice-to-haves (not mandatory):

• Prior experience in data management or accounting
• Familiarity with HR systems, especially SAP systems

Your educational background is not a concern, as long as you have the skills or the enthusiasm to learn!
