Customer Service Specialist
(Swedish speaking)
Main role of the position is helping customers and handling spare parts´ orders and service orders via phone and e-mails for main brands as Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau, NEFF, Constructa. You will use Office programs, SAP and BSH internal programs Quick Finder and SMART. Previous knowledge from these programs is not mandatory. You are a perfect candidate if you enjoy helping people, you are able to multitask in fast pace environment and have quick self-sufficient thinking. You are not afraid to bring your own ideas to the table and you adapt easily to changes. You have worked in customer service before and are service-minded, possessing caring attitude towards customers. You are fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages (verbal and written) and you can also communicate in English. Work experience in call center would be an advantage.
