• Communicating with customers through phone, email and live chat
• Provide information regarding orders, payments, shipping and delivery
• Listening to customers needs and wants and providing them with answers and solutions
• Providing information about products
• Communicating with other departments

On your days off In your spare time we might find you relaxing on the beaches and swimming in the clear-blue ocean, on a hike through the beautiful countryside or exploring the fantastic nightlife of the city.
