Swedish Sales agent

We are looking for a Sales agent for the Swedish market who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.

Main responsibilities:
  • Being able to search and find for solutions of customers' issues;
  • Able to analyse customers' behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;
  • Monitor customers' performance & behavior in order to evaluate bonus crediting;
  • Ensure that products' compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations;

  • Proficiency in English and Swedish both written and spoken;
  • Proactive person with good sales / customer support skills;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Attention to details;
  • Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
