Job description

Overview of the role

To support IKEA FOOD in driving Swedish Food Market sales through effective selling and merchandising skills in a fast, friendly and efficient way, thus strengthening the IKEA store's position as the best home furnishing store in the local market.

What you will do

• Execute and oversee SFM activities in the Store Commercial Calendar.
• Maintain IKEA merchandising standards, ensuring proper labeling and pricing of SFM articles.
• Ensure the Swedish Food Market is ready before store opening.
• Conduct monthly stock takes and manage inventory for all SFM articles.
• Adhere to SFM operation guidelines and complete operational checklists with timely follow-up on action plans.
• Provide outstanding service and maintain cleanliness to enhance the shopping experience.
• Promote a strong IKEA culture that embraces diversity among coworkers and customers.
• Uphold and represent IKEA brand standards consistently.

Required Skills to be successful

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Presentability skills

What equips you for the role

• Education: High School/Trade School Graduate.
• 1 to 3 years' experience in retail or F&B
