Responsibilities (Text Only)
- Scale Customer Engagements: Engages with key customer technical decision makers while engaging digital sales team and helping lead sales strategy. Leads and ensures complex technical wins by establishing rules of engagement, leveraging knowledge of processes and tools. Ensures alignment of Microsoft technologies with future sector standards and requirements by working with industry boards and driving customer case studies and references. Leverages knowledge of internal resources and demos and proactively engages product to remediate escalated technical blockers by conveying impact and anticipating and addressing future potential blockers based on needs.
- Leverage Partner Ecosystem: Scales wins through within the Microsoft ecosystem and supporting partner technical capacity by monitoring and analyzing resources through interactions, communicating with managers, and identifying new partnership opportunities to build subsidiary strategy.
- Build Strategy: Builds competitive selling strategies, proactively developing strategic cross-workload/subsidiary and account level responses to market threats by identifying patterns and delivering feedback to business group on trends. Works with local account and marketing teams to shape strategic win and customer success plans for the local markets using knowledge of Microsoft offerings, the competitive landscape, and broader market trends.
- Solution Design and Proof: Demonstrates and oversees demonstrations of solutions based on multiple products and position solutions against competitors. Leverages partner/customer teams as needed to prove capabilities and programmatic framework for re-use by the business.
- Develop and Maintain Technical Expertise: Stays updated on latest developments and advancements in Security, including new tech, competitors, regulations and internal product and service offerings. Builds own readiness plan, grows product and industry knowledge, and practices expertise. Mentors internal virtual teams in solution area, identifies new opportunities, and monitors/responds to internal tech community posts.

Required Qualifications
- Significant years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- OR Bachelors Degree OR Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND significant years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- OR equivalent experience
- Several years' experience with developing and delivering customer demos/proof of concepts for Security across competitive offerings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Microsoft 365 Security Administration or Cloud Security
- One or more of Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, etc. is preferred
- Advising Client Technical Decisions: Business Knowledge, Competitive Analysis, Driving Insight-Led Conversations, Strategic Technical Planning, Technology Industry Knowledge
- Demonstrating Microsoft Solution Capabilities: Cloud Security, Formal Presentation Delivery and Storytelling, Microsoft Products, Pilots and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), Product Demonstration, Third Party Applications
- Readiness for Deployment: Architecture Design, Problem Solving, Quality Assurance, Troubleshooting
- Language Skills: Swedish (in addition to English)
