The Nordic region contains seven legal entities in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Estonia.
The Nordic Finance function is a team of two Business Partners and the Nordic CFO. Finance is part of the Global Business Services and the CFO Nordics reports to the UNIT4 Group CFO.
The vision for the Global Business Services is to be a trusted Business Partner, proactively creating sustainable revenue and margin through a disciplined and thorough approach.
We are looking for a Business Partner to join this team. We want a skilled and dedicated employee that wants to be part of a team driving performance in a company in change with an ambitious strategy moving forward.
Responsibilities
- support the Nordic organization with financial data and analyses
- support the drive for improved growth and margins
- assist during budget, estimate and ad-hoc reporting
- supporting the BPO with the Swedish, Norwegian and Danish finance processes
- support change in the entities related to systems and processes
- public reporting in the Nordic countries
- supporting with data to statutory reports and Tax Returns for the Nordics
Qualifications
- university degree in business, finance, economics
- a minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in relevant area, i.e. controlling
- high proficiency in Excel and interest in ERP
- working experience from an international environment is an advantage
- fluent written and spoken English and Norwegian

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong analytical skills, show attention to detail, be flexible and highly motivated and have the ability to work independently as well as contributing in a team.
