Logistics (Order Handling) Specialist with Swedish in our international
Order Management and Logistics Hub, you'll work closely with
Swedish clients and
support a diverse portfolio of processes across logistics and order management.

You will make a difference by: - Processing orders in the system (SAP) based on the input from customers and salesmen
- Acting as the main point of contact for Swedish clients via email and phone
- Coordinating internally with various internal teams
- Handling returns and warranty processes
- Organization of deliveries and material flow within the company in line with relevant regulations
- Suggesting and supporting process optimizations and continuous improvement initiatives
Your defining qualities: - Proficient written and verbal communication in Swedish (B2/C1) and good level of English is a must (B2)
- 1 - 2 years of experience in logistics or order management
- Familiarity with SAP is a nice plus
- You enjoy being a part of a team, see great value in partnership and deliver outstanding customer service with strong communication skills
- You're open-minded and tackle tasks with a positive and constructive can-do attitude
- You enjoy working independently and taking ownership of your work
