Job DescriptionYou will be required to review client specific Blueprint documents, build system in accordance to blueprint, conduct and document unit test results. You will also be required to support User Acceptance testing, parallel runs and provide required support during go live support phase. You will have the ability to plan and prioritize your work without direct supervision with quality and timely delivery your key objectives. You will be driven by desire for successful quality delivery and show the ability to work in a virtual team environment
Key Responsibilities:- To ensure the customizing of GV Payroll following ADP methodology
- Document all customization performed in the system using the appropriate GlobalView tools (review tools page)
- Support data conversions
- Conduct Unit testing and document in agreed format
- Support UAT and Parallel issue resolution
- Produce handover document, participate in handover discussions with client service
- Update Quality and Production environment with configuration in agreement with Lead Consultant / Payroll Expert
- Participate in weekly calls with Lead Consultant / Country time expert
- Escalate project issues to Lead Consultant / Payroll Expert
Skills and Relevant Work Experience Required: - Ability to prioritize workload, set and achieve goals.
- Analytical thinking problem solving skills - work systematically and logically to resolve problems, address opportunities or manage the situation at hand, identify causes, relationships and implications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Keep Lead Consultant continuously updated of progress, risks and task slippages
- Knowledge in Payroll it's a plus
- Experience as a consultant on SAP HR payroll it's a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and time management skills, ability to work against agreed timelines as agreed with lead consultant
- Teamwork, work collaboratively with others to achieve group goals, working together to accomplish business results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office.
