What are we waiting for?
• You are interested in the operations of the largest insurance company in the Nordic countries, we do not expect previous work experience in insurance.
• You are precise, customer-oriented, value team work and feel comfortable using various computer programs.
• You have a knowledge of Danish, Norwegian or Swedish, which you can also improve through work and language courses.
• Proficiency in Estonian and English is an advantage, as daily communication within the team is in Estonian and/or English.
• You are ready and willing to learn. Our job is to train you as an insurance support specialist.
Your main tasks will include handling of insurance documents and customer data at various stages of customer service. As an insurance support specialist, you contribute to creating a safer life for our customers!
