The role will be located in sunny Malta at our head offices situated at our seafront Betsson Experience Centre, overlooking the Maltese capital of Valetta.
THE ROLE
As a digital campaign manager for the Betsson Group you will be a part of the central media team and will report to the Performance Digital Media Manager. You will also work closely with the rest of the central marketing team, such the Media Manager, Global Brand Managers and our local marketing teams.
You will have a close dialogue with our external suppliers, primarily ad server, DSPs, ad networks and media agencies, to make sure that we constantly improve and optimize the quality of our digital marketing and reach the set goals for our campaigns.
We expect you to have a broad knowledge within the area of digital marketing, a proactive and analytical mindset, technical skills and be able to help in securing our overall goal, world class digital marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute and evaluate digital campaigns through channels such as ad networks, DSPs and other programmatic channels
- Combine technical knowledge with insight about digital media and data analysis to optimize complex campaigns to meet performance objectives.
- Work closely with the Performance Digital Media Manager, Media Manager, Global Brand Managers and local marketing teams to make sure that we execute our digital campaigns in bets possible way.
- Manage execution process to secure best possible workflow, including secure creative material delivery processes, test plans and supervising ad trafficking.
- Report performance and constantly develop and increase the performance of campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS
We didn’t become one of the leading names in online gaming by making poor signings in the transfer market, so we’re looking for someone who;
- Has a proven ability to meet or exceed KPI's
- Detail-oriented, analytical person with an ability to shift to big picture thinking when needed.
- Has the ability to leverage analytic insights to lift campaign performance and to forward and share the learning’s within the team/company.
Also, you need to have a pro-active “lets fix this” attitude and an urge to learn and develop within are area of digital marketing.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor or Masters in Marketing, Economics or a quantitative discipline
- Minimum of two years relevant work experience.
- Expertise in working with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, ad networks, ad servers and web analytics platforms.
- Fundamental knowledge of ad targeting methodologies and iterative test-and-learn optimization practices.
- Experience with online ad serving concepts (CPM/CPA/RTB/ROI/CPV), video, mobile and social.
Language: Fluent in English is required, both written and spoken as well as excellent knowledge of Excel. Swedish is not required but considered an advantage.
