We are looking for an Associate Content Editor fluent in Swedish who will be responsible for maintaining Research Professional's & Pivot-RP's database, which lists funding opportunities for the research community worldwide, through online research, data verification and standardisation, and information summarising for inclusion in online publications.
About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments- University level degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent read and written Swedish (Native or C2) and excellent read, spoken and written English (C1/C2)
- Reading/writing knowledge of a foreign language
It would be great if you also had . . .- Previous online research experience and using various computer software (training will be provided) would be nice to have
- Meticulous with the ability to spot spelling, grammatical and factual errors.
What will you be doing in this role?- Online researching, verifying, compiling, editing and formatting funding opportunities for Research Professional & Pivot-RP.
- Translating funding opportunities information.
- Developing expertise of research funding landscapes across at least two territories.
- Proofreading.
- Contacting funders by email for information.
- Participating in team discussions and helping develop and improve work processes
- You'll be working with the Swedish, UK, Danish and Pan-Nordic market.
About the team- The team is supporting the research community globally.
- We are a team of 23 divided into four smaller teams according to our language knowledge and markets. This specific team works with the UK, Danish, Swedish, Finnish and Pan-Nordic markets.
Hours of WorkThis is a permanent full-time position. The position is hybrid going to our central office in London 2-3 times per week.
