HiBob’s Amsterdam hub manages the Nordics, Benelux, and Iberia, and is home to a vibrant, international team of around 50 professionals. The culture is collaborative and inclusive, with a strong emphasis on authenticity, teamwork, and career growth.
The AAE will work closely with a dedicated BDR to develop a healthy pipeline, converting inbound and outbound leads into satisfied customers. The role also includes attending events, networking with market influencers, and actively contributing to HiBob’s presence in the Nordic market.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, initiate, and nurture relationships to create new opportunities in the Nordic market.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through to contract signature.
Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
Perform outbound activities to generate 40–50% of your own pipeline.
Target key decision-makers and determine buying readiness.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
Represent HiBob at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of closing experience in SaaS sales (AE role preferred).
Experience closing deals of €20K+ ARR with organisations of 100+ employees.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficient in a Nordic language (C1) and fluent in English.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Base salary €48,000–€62,000 + uncapped commission (50/50 split).
