Are you an experienced Customer Support professional with a
passion for delivering top-tier service in a dynamic and fast-paced
environment? Our client, one of the largest online casinos in the industry, is
looking for dedicated Swedish-speaking Customer Support Agents to join their
growing team in Malta.
- Respond
to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a professional
and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot
and resolve issues related to accounts, payments, and gameplay.
- Collaborate
with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any technical
or operational challenges.
- Provide
feedback and suggestions to improve internal processes and customer
satisfaction.
- Maintain
up-to-date knowledge of the iGaming industry and company products.
Requirements:
- Language
Proficiency: Native Swedish speaker with excellent written and
verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience: Preferably,
you will have 1-2 years of experience in customer support, particularly
within the iGaming industry.
- Empathy: Strong
interpersonal skills with the ability to approach sensitive issues with
understanding and compassion.
- Problem-Solving
Skills: Strong ability to assess issues, troubleshoot
effectively, and provide clear solutions.
- Shift
Flexibility: Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule,
including evenings and weekends.
- Adaptability: Comfortable
working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Team
Player: Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and
contribute to a positive team culture.
