Working Student Accounts Receivable with either Swedish/Dutch/German (m/f/d) 1

KWS Berlin GmbH is seeking a Working Student Accounts Receivable (m/f/d) fluent in either Swedish, Dutch or German in Berlin. This exciting job is part-time and temporary 6 to 24 months working student contract.

Your tasks:

• Process customer payments and manage accounts (including returns, rebates, refunds, and discrepancies)
• Generate and manage financial documents (statements, dunning letters, manual invoices, cheques)
• Perform reconciliations and balance confirmations
• Assist with closing activities and calculate financial provisions (write-offs, bad debts)
• Engage in customer collections and support business units (daily requests, meetings)

Your Profile:

• BA or MA degree in progress. Areas of preference are Business Administration, Accounting or Economics. Correlated areas such as International Relations as well as other areas of the applied social sciences will be considered
• Prior experience in accounts receivable or finance is a plus
• Organized, detailed oriented, and able to work in a multicultural and diverse environment
• Excellent communication skills and team mindset
• Fluency in English and either Swedish, Dutch or German is essential
