We're looking for a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join an international customer service team in Greece, supporting one of the world's leading manufacturers of commercial vehicles. Every day you'll help drivers, fleet operators, and customers get back on the road by providing professional support when they need it most.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, has strong communication skills, and wants to build an international career while living in Greece.
What you'll be doing

• Assist customers via phone, email and chat with questions related to transportation services
• Support drivers experiencing vehicle breakdowns by gathering relevant information and creating service cases
• Coordinate with workshops, roadside assistance providers and technicians when on-site support is required
• Provide updates and follow up on ongoing cases until they are resolved
• Answer questions regarding products, services and general customer enquiries
• Handle complaints professionally and work towards the best possible solution for the customer
• Keep accurate documentation of customer interactions using internal systems

Requirements
What we're looking for

• Fluent Swedish (written and spoken)
• Good English skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems simultaneously
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
• Experience within automotive, roadside assistance or technical support is considered a plus
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
