We're looking for a Swedish speaking Operations Coordinator to join our London team. In this role, you'll be the vital link between our members and our global network of doctors, nurses, and security professionals-ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

• Salary: £29,000 per annum
• Location: Croydon
• Working hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 - 4.30pm

Responsibilities:
• Support members with healthcare and security queries.
• Coordinate medical appointments, authorise treatments, and manage policy claims.
• Assess situations and communicate logistics worldwide.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
• Strong organisational and critical thinking skills.
• A natural, empathetic approach and passion for helping people.
• Fluency in Swedish plus excellent English, both written and spoken
• Fluency in other Nordic languages such as Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish a great advantage.
• Customer service experience (contact centre or similar) is a plus.
• Confidence with Microsoft Office and an appreciation for data protection.
• Education to A-Level or Degree level, with interest in healthcare, world politics, or international security preferred.
