SAP HR Administration Specialist (Swedish Market)

About the role:

As an HR Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering operational HR services within our Managed Payroll Services (MPS) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization. This is a highly administrative and process-driven role focused on HR operations rather than employee relations or strategic HR activities.

You will ensure accurate and compliant execution of HR processes while collaborating closely with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders to maintain exceptional service delivery.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Deliver high-quality HR operational support across a variety of processes, including:
  
  • Time and absence management
  • Sick leave administration
  • Benefits administration
  • Pensions and insurance management
  • Garnishments and other employee-related transactions
  • HR master data maintenance and updates
• Coordinate and monitor HR service delivery, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within agreed service levels.
• Process and validate HR data, calculations, and employee transactions while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with customers, country teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
• Support local HR process governance and maintain adherence to established business process standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimization opportunities and recommending practical solutions.
• Support localization activities and manage process deviations while balancing customer requirements with operational best practices.

What do you have to offer?

• Mandatory: Swedish Personal Number ("Personnummer") and Swedish BankID. Applications that do not meet this requirement cannot be considered.
• 2 years previous experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Payroll Administration or BPO environments.
• Strong focus on administrative HR processes and data management.
• Experience handling employee records, absences, sickness administration, benefits, pensions, or related HR transactions.
• Ability to work in a structured, process-oriented environment with strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with SLAs and service delivery models is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; Swedish is a strong advantage.
