We are looking for

We are looking for an exceptional SDR (m/w/d), ready to take on the most challenging but also exciting sales experience of their career.

Your role in BizAway

• Research and prospect for new clients in Sweden (you will receive lists from Sales Ops, but we still expect you to hunt new contacts and companies when necessary).
• Run intensive daily outbound campaigns via cold calling, e-mails, Linkedin DMs to generate the highest possible number of qualified opportunities.
• Present our solution to a wide range of people (from CEOs to Office Managers, from Travel Managers to CFOs, and many more).
• Work with Sales Executives and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
• Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.

Your basic qualifications

• You have a native level of Sweden and a good level of English (necessary for the onboarding and internal communication)
• You are ready for a tough role that, with the right approach, will shape your entire career Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every day
• Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
