About the Role

As an Internal Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting AWS business growth across the Swedish Market. You will engage with end customers, develop and qualify opportunities, and work closely with partners and internal teams to help generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and qualify potential customer opportunities.
• Execute outbound prospecting activities, including calls, email outreach, and lead nurturing.
• Develop Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into validated sales opportunities.
• Support opportunity qualification and progression through established AWS processes.
• Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
• Support demand generation initiatives and business development activities.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers and local sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and manage customer interactions effectively.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to opportunity generation, pipeline creation, and customer engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in both Swedish and English is required for the role.
• Experience in sales, lead generation, business development, inside sales, or account management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer engagement and prospecting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and activities simultaneously.
• Strong organization and time management capabilities.
• Experience using CRM and opportunity management tools.
• IT industry knowledge is a plus - but passion and drive matter most.
• Additional European languages are highly desirable.
