Job Introduction

As a Maintenance Engineer at Martin and Servera site, you play a key role in ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of advanced automation systems on-site. You provide both reactive and proactive technical hands-on support, working closely within a dedicated maintenance team to maintain high performance and uptime.

In this role, you contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, uphold the highest Health and Safety standards, and support the achievement of key performance indicators agreed between TGW and the customer Martin and Servera. By combining technical expertise with a collaborative mindset, you help deliver high-quality service while building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

• You execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks and ensure high levels of housekeeping, and never compromise on safety
• You will be doing electrical and mechanical fault finding and rectification and resolving complex breakdown situations
• You support the automation to operate at its maximum efficiency
• You complete all necessary reports, including those for shift maintenance tasks, spare parts usage, and toploss, while working in DART and CMMS software platforms
• You continually improve the performance of the equipment through avenues such as toploss activities and design modifications and suggest any continuous improvement activities that will increase the reliability of TGW and third-party assets on site
• You actively seek root cause when remedying any breakdowns on TGW-supplied equipment and software
• You attend customer meetings, providing any updates on the automation

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• You have a technical or engineering diploma
• You have previous experience working in an operational technical role within a similar environment
• You are customer focused and have the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and customers
• You have good problem-solving skills and able work in a time-critical environment
• You are able to work at heights
• You will work daytime but if needed, you are flexible to work 2-shift patterns
• You are skilled in reading electrical drawings and fault-finding
• You have strong language proficiency in both written and spoken Swedish and English
