Our client, a fast-growing international iGaming business, is seeking a Legal & Compliance Manager to lead legal and regulatory compliance for its Swedish operations. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a globally recognised organisation during an exciting period of expansion, taking ownership of a key regulated market while working closely with senior leadership, regulators, and cross-functional teams across the business.

As Legal & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the organisation operates in full compliance with Swedish gaming regulations, AML requirements, and responsible gambling obligations. Acting as the primary liaison with the regulator, you will provide strategic and practical guidance across Product, Marketing, Payments, Finance, and Customer Operations, helping to drive business growth while maintaining the highest compliance standards.

The position will start on a fully remote basis, with plans to transition to a hybrid working model as the Malta operation continues to grow.

The perfect candidate for this role must be warranted to practise law in Malta, have a minimum of 7 years' experience within the iGaming industry, and already be residing in Malta. Furthermore, strong exposure to European iGaming law is essential, with particular experience and knowledge of the Swedish regulatory framework being highly desirable.
