Job Description

About the role

This is a rare opportunity to use your Swedish language skills in a professional environment. As a Junior Customer Representative, you will support customers from the Norwegian market while building a long-term career in an international financial organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Swedish via phone and digital channels
• Handle inquiries regarding accounts, cards, payments and basic banking services
• Resolve standard issues during the first contact or escalate when needed
• Ensure high-quality documentation of customer interactions
• Follow internal procedures and compliance requirements

What we expect

• Very good command of Polish (C1) and Swedish (C1) both spoken and written
• Secondary education (degree is a plus, not a must)
• Customer-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
• Readiness to learn banking products and internal systems
• Attention to detail and reliability
