About the role:

• Manage different types of payments: outgoing, unplaced, overpayments, etc.
• Investigate incoming payments, handling invoice returns
• Proceed monthly reconciliations
• Analyze and initiate systems' and processes' improvements/changes
• Handle email requests

About you:

• General accounting knowledge or experience is an advantage
• Good knowledge of English and Swedish (at least B2) languages
• Quick and accurate data entry skills with high attention to details
• Integrity and ability to work in team, cooperate with others
• Ability to work under limited supervision or individually

Advantages if you have:

• Proficiency with MS Excel Macros
• Work experience in a back office

Salary range:

1300 - 2100 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
