HR Operations Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to be a vital member of the ABB HR Services. Each day, you will be responsible for delivering Human Resource operations services regarding Employee Life Cycle for Nordic countries. This role is temporary until end of July 2025. The work model for the role is: hybrid, at least 2 days at the office #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the HR Services in Ülemiste city. Main stakeholders are ABB Swedish employees and HR Business Partners. You will be mainly accountable for: • Execute and deliver HR services in compliance with agreed processes • Follow on agreed Key Performance Indicators and quality targets • Acts as point of contact for inquiries regarding Employee Life Cycle related topics and deliver support according to agreed level of performance • Support cross collaboration within HR Operations Front Office, HRBPs and promote synergies Our team dynamics You will join a high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

• Outstanding teamwork and can-do attitude
• You are at ease communicating in English and Swedish or other Nordic languages
