Customer Service Specialist (for Swedish speaking customers) / (Trodo SIA / Latvia)

Role Description:

The Customer Service Specialist is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a crucial role in shaping their experience with us. This role demands precision, efficiency, and a positive demeanor to ensure customers feel valued and inclined to return.

Responsibilities:

• Daily interaction with our customers over the phone
• Address customer concerns and requests across all communication channels
• To provide accurate and insightful guidance to customers
• Provide a detailed information about our products and services
• Process customer orders and fulfill requests
• Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional

Requirements:

• Passion to customer service
• 1+ year of experience in a similar customer service role or related field
• Proficiency in both English and Swedish languages is essential for communication with foreign customers
• Attention to details and solid problem-solving ability
• Empathy and active listening skills
• Good computer skills
• Legal right to work and reside in Latvia

Will be considered an advantage:

• Experience or knowledge in automotive
• Basic understanding or profiency of Zendesk
