What will your mission be?
As a Client Relations Agent, you will act as a representative of Hermès, dedicating yourself entirely to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. You will be responsible for the Benelux-Nordics countries. Our friendly working environment fosters a collegial management style based on collaboration, team spirit and mutual support.
What will your daily life be like?
In a multilingual and multitasking environment, you will be the main point of contact for end customers who wish to get in touch with our stores via email, telephone or other digital channels.

About the Team
Hermès Benelux-Nordics is a subsidiary of Hermès International responsible for the distribution of Hermès objects in Benelux and Scandinavia.
The network consists of 7 stores (Brussels, Knokke, Amsterdam P.C Hooftstraat, Amsterdam Bijenkorf, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo) and 1 concession (Luxembourg) as well as a regional headquarters in Brussels.
The region is thus a geographical and cultural mosaic: 7 cities, 6 countries, 5 languages, 4 currencies.

What will your daily life be like?
In a multilingual and multitasking environment, you will be the main point of contact for end customers who wish to get in touch with our stores via email, telephone or other digital channels.
- As part of our headquarters in Brussels, you will advise customers by telephone and via digital channels, providing them with a high-quality and seamless omnichannel experience.
- You will ensure the quality of our relationships with our customers, as well as with our stores, in line with our service philosophy.
- You will provide comprehensive product information (features, availability, reservations, etc.) and other useful details.
- You will explain our procedures (purchases, returns, exchanges) and ensure follow-up with the relevant store.
What do you need to succeed with us?
- You have experience in the hotel, retail or e-commerce sector. Experience in dealing directly with a sophisticated and international clientele would be an advantage.
- You are empathetic and friendly, have a strong sense of customer service and put the customer at the heart of everything you do.
- You are interested in bespoke solutions and possess strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English. The knowledge of Norwegian, Danish or Finnish is a plus.
- You are organized and able to set priorities.
- You are assertive, analytical, self-reliant and have excellent stress and conflict management skills.
- You value teamwork and are an excellent team player.
- You demonstrate proficiency in using a variety of software applications and are able to work with multiple programs simultaneously.
- You are available from February 2027, to ensure a smooth opening of the Client Relations Center on 1st of March 2027
