HiBob’s Amsterdam hub manages the Nordics, Benelux, and Iberia, with a diverse team of around 50 professionals. The environment is collaborative, high-performing, and values-driven, offering plenty of opportunities for professional growth.
The AE will work closely with a dedicated BDR to build pipeline, converting both inbound and outbound opportunities. The role requires strong knowledge of formal sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC, and a track record of success in closing mid-market SaaS deals.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, initiate, and nurture relationships to create new opportunities in the Nordic market.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations.
Perform outbound activities to generate at least 50% of your pipeline.
Engage with key decision-makers and determine buying readiness.
Capture and manage all relevant sales data in Salesforce.
Represent HiBob at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of closing experience in a SaaS mid-market environment.
Proficiency in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish (C1) and fluent English.
Experience closing deals of €50K+ ARR within organisations of 300+ employees.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Experience using formal sales methodologies (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to overcome objections.

Base salary €64,000–€85,000 + uncapped commission (50/50 split).
