Webcast Manager to plan, manage, and execute virtual and on-site Investor Relations events, from webcasts to live productions. In this role, you'll juggle project timelines, coordinate with teams, communicate with corporate clients, and make sure every event runs smoothly. If you have a background in video production, project management, and digital media (plus fluency in Swedish and English), we'd love to hear from you!
Day to day responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:- Develop and maintain full-scale, detailed project plans to be used in tracking key project milestones and deliverables weekly. Identify critical paths and dependencies with other departments, resources or 3rd party contractors.
- Perform webcast configuration, testing and delivery. Including coordinating live day execution across resources to ensure a successful event.
- Organize, prepare and upload event content (text, images, audio, video, etc.)
- Assist in the live production of webcasts, recordings and broadcastings.
- Ensure the quality of the event is up to the client's standards and provides frontline support across multiple events, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely matter and to the clients' satisfaction.
- Establish an excellent working relationship with assigned clients and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service the company provides.
- Handle immediate project escalations and advise next steps to ensure proper resolution.
- Build a strong relationship with clients and proactively be source of recommendations
- Work with management on developing and maintaining client project records, helping to strategize to meet client goals over time.
- Partner with streaming colleagues and management to improve processes and improve client experience.
What you should bring:- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
- 1+ years of experience in digital media, webcasting, video production or content production, or multimedia web design required.
- 1+ years of project coordination experience is desirable.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects at various stages of the lifecycle.
- Ability to keep up to date on virtual event technology.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be fluent in Swedish and English.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to be innovative and think outside of the box.
- Ability to handle frequent changes.
- Comfortable interacting with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite of Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) required.
- Video encoding and editing are desirable.
- Knowledge/Experience of Live Streaming / On-Demand Streaming desirable.
- Knowledge of Networking (Firewalls, Proxy, etc.) is desirable.
