Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries in Swedish through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with product-related queries, service issues, and account management.
- Document and track customer interactions and inquiries accurately in our CRM system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints while ensuring high standards of service.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about product offerings, company policies, and market trends to provide the most effective assistance.
Requirements - Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is highly desirable.
