Key Responsibilities - Provide high-quality customer support in Swedish through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account management.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service processes.
- Stay updated on company offerings, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements - Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and comfortable using computer applications.
