About the Role

We are looking for a Swedish-speaking Customer Service & Success Specialist to join our Operations Team in Herlev, Denmark and help us deliver an excellent customer experience in the Swedish market.

Based at our Danish office, you will be the main point of contact for our Swedish customers, handling inquiries by phone and email, solving problems and building strong, long-term relationships.

You'll also play an important role in shaping the customer experience for our growing Swedish market. By staying close to our customers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for improvement, you'll help ensure they continue to get the most value from our solutions.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes ownership of customer inquiries, and knows how to turn any situation into a positive experience.

What You Will Do

• Be the main point of contact for our Swedish customers, responding to inquiries by phone and email in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle customer requests, process orders, and resolve both routine and more complex tasks, ensuring timely solutions.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring a positive experience with Blackbird Coffee.
• Regularly engage with customers to check on their satisfaction, gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with our sales, service and technical teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth experience, including onboarding new customers.
• Proactively identify customer needs and suggest solutions that improve their experience and help them get the most value from our services.
• Document customer interactions, maintain accurate records in our CRM system and use customer feedback and data to identify improvements.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and success metrics, share insights with internal stakeholders, and contribute to improving our customer service processes.

We Would Love to See That You:

• Have a proven track record in Customer Service, Customer Success or similar fields.
• Have experience handling customer inquiries, building trust and maintaining positive, long-term customer relationships.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on finding effective solutions for customers.
• Can understand technical aspects and explain products or services clearly.
• Are proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to track customer interactions and metrics.
• Can work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Are able to work on-site at our office in Herlev, Denmark.
• Are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and have a good command of spoken and written Danish.
