As an Affiliate Manager, you will be part of a team where you contribute to the development of our affiliate relationships and work towards creating sustainable revenue growth.
The Role
We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who combines a strong commercial mindset with deep knowledge of acquisition channels and the ability to convert traffic into long-term revenue.
You will be responsible for driving partner acquisition, scaling high-performing accounts and optimizing revenue across SEO, PPC and Paid Media affiliates - while ensuring that traffic quality, long-term player value and compliance are always at the core of your decisions.

- Monitor and optimize traffic across key channels
The role combines partner management, commercial decision-making and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new partners with a focus on SEO, PPC and Paid Media affiliates, as well as develop collaborations through social channels, content sites and odds portals.
- Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio and the broader market and optimize existing segments.
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements, including rev share, CPA, hybrid and fixed fee models.
- Manage ongoing administration in the affiliate platform, including partner onboarding, campaign setup, tracking links and offers.
- Monitor and analyze performance related to traffic quality, retention, player value (ARPU/LTV), churn and fraud, ensuring all activities comply with regulatory guidelines.
- Handle reconciliation of traffic, commissions and invoices, ensuring accurate payouts in collaboration with the finance team.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify new marketing opportunities and translate them into affiliate activities.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting across systems and platforms.
- Ensure partners comply with regulations and internal guidelines.
- Represent Cherry Partners at selected industry events when required.
We're Looking For:
- Experience in affiliate management within iGaming (casino and sportsbook), with a focus on the Swedish market.
- Strong understanding of acquisition channels such as SEO, PPC and Paid Media.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to evaluate business setups based on player value, margin and long-term potential.
- Hands-on experience with systems such as Income Access, NetRefer, MyAffiliates and Google Analytics, as well as traffic and marketing analysis tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush.
- Knowledge of tracking, campaign measurement and UTM structures.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data-driven decision-making.
- Good understanding of regulations and requirements within the Swedish regulated market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
