Your tasks

· Communicate with customers via phone, chat, email and social media

Your profile

• Fluent Swedish (C1+) and good English skills (B2+)
• Strong communication skills, good social skills and problem-solving skills
• Good computer skills and technical interest
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
