Global Supply Chain Team as a EMEA ASL Vendor Registration Assistant with Swedish - Internship and grow with us!You will be: - Working closely with the ASL (Approved Supplier List) Vendor Registration Team and supporting vendor registration process
- Providing support in communication. Respond to basic inquiries from stakeholders regarding the registration process and escalate complex issues to senior team members
- Working closely with Supply Chain Team Leads to run the Supply Chain department and learn more about the organization
- Managing the creation of new vendors in the Approved Supplier List in due coordination with Buyers and with a commercial pillar to ensure compliance with sourcing strategies
- Closely collaborating with your internal customers, stakeholders and suppliers
- Reporting your achievements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
About you: - Student status - bachelor or master in business administration, management, economy, philology, technical areas or in other similar fields of study
- Very good English skills and very good German skills. Language ability is critical when interfacing with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Availability to work 20 or more hours a week (it depends on you!)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication and collaboration skills, team-player spirit
- Good analytical skills, systematic, open minded, reliable person
- Ability to multitask, proactively identify and solve issues
