Your role - Are you ready for a challenge?
The Direct Client Relations Officer - Sweden & Norway, is responsible for providing pragmatic servicing and administrative support to the related Agents and/or senior sales staff and their clients for their relevant markets. Part of the Direct Client Relations Team, he/she plays a coordinator/facilitator role between Clients, Senior Sales, Client Relationships Managers and Operations teams.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Ensuring Service Excellence, Client Trust and Sustainable Growth, by:
- Providing full support to sales leaders on B2C clients for the relevant market, ensuring exceptional ongoing servicing and supporting in identifying top-up opportunities.
- Acting as a trusted, proactive central point of contact in terms of servicing and servicing.
- Delivering high-quality Business, Operations and Regulatory Compliance, by:
- Supporting completion of all remediation files within own market portfolio as required.
- Engaging in general query handling and problem solving relating to the allocated book of clients for its market.
- Collaborating closely with supporting functions, following up on the execution of remediation exercise, queries and transactions.
- Where possible, support rolling-out usage of our digital platform Connect to own market clients for the purpose of creating operational leverage and a better overall customer experience.

Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our Direct Client Relations Officer?
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial sector and ideally with experience of high net worth, sophisticated clients,
- The candidate either is or will have to be approved as insurance agent (by the Commissariat aux Assurances - Luxembourg),
- Basic affinity with the financial framework and context of the high net worth segment in Sweden and/or Norway,
- Ability to understand more complex client driven transactions and experience with AML/KYC requirements in order to support compliant cases,
- Fluency English and Swedish is a must, any additional languages are considered an asset,
- Proficient user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook,
- Adaptable and flexible, you enjoy working in a challenging and dynamic environment,
- A team player with outstanding organisational and communication skills,
- Customer-oriented approach, professional appearance and conduct, diplomatic and demonstrate absolute discretion as the situation demands,
- Ability to operate autonomously, prioritise tasks and exercise sound judgment and creativity in finding solutions,
- Proactive and reactive, quick learner with the willingness to learn about the business and contribute to its success,
- Stress and workload peaks resistant.
