The RoleAs a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure that the solution delivers maximum value. You will conduct training sessions and workshops with existing customers, coordinate internal and external resources, and act as a bridge between the customer's finance team and Semine's internal departments. You will ensure progress and delivery in line with agreed plans and budgets, build long-term relationships, and help customers get the most value from the solution.
You will work in a consultative manner and closely with customers, playing a key role in their digital transformation journey. The role also involves close collaboration with the sales teams in Norway and Sweden as well as the product development team, where you will contribute customer insights and suggestions for product improvements
This role combines customer relationship management, project coordination, and strategic advisory to support customers throughout their digital transformation journey.
Requirements- Several years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience managing projects or digital transformation initiatives within finance/accounting
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus
Nice to have- Experience working with finance or accounting teams
- Familiarity with Accounts Payable processes
- Experience with ERP systems or financial software
