What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Client Administrator to join our Operations team, which ensures seamless delivery of our teleradiology services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative processes and maintaining clear and friendly communication with staff at our Swedish client hospitals. Your work will help ensure that all radiological examinations are processed accurately and efficiently. This is a customer-focused role within healthcare, with a strong emphasis on patient care and providing excellent support to our client hospitals.
What are we offering you?
You will join two teams of colleagues with native Swedish and/or Danish language skills, who support each other when needed to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration. Some are based in Barcelona and the surrounding area. Our work environment is fully digital, and we provide a laptop and screens. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from both, the office and from home.

What will you do?
- Liaise directly with hospital staff - by phone or through our systems to discuss incoming cases.
- Ensure data is complete - verify that all cases include the necessary clinical information and a full set of images, prepared correctly to enable accurate and efficient reporting by the radiologist. Full training will be provided so you feel confident in this task.
- Manage cases - oversee cases in the system to ensure they are processed within the required turnaround times, including data entry, case preparation and distribution of radiology reports.
- Collaborate with your team - Works effectively with others, shares information openly, supports colleagues and contributes to common company goals.
What are we looking for?
You must have native-level Swedish and be fluent in English. To succeed in this role, you should be a natural problem solver with strong common sense, a solid work ethic and the ability to multi-task and manage overlapping priorities. Experience with office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
