Job description
Your responsibilities will include:- Providing technical support for ESET products to our customers and partners
- Troubleshooting issues in collaboration with developers
- Collecting data about newly resolved problems and sharing it with other teams/departments
- Investigating problem causes in various logs (ESET business product logs, Windows logs, network logs, etc.)
- Searching for solutions (from your knowledge/experience, internal documentation, external documentation, previous cases) to problems
- Providing detailed findings to developers for complex issues
What we expect from you:- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent or native in Swedish OR Danish language (C1-C2)
- Active knowledge of English (written and spoken, minimum level B2)
- Slovak language is a plus
- Advanced/excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 operating systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive approach to problem-solving and finding solutions
- Willingness to learn
Knowledge of at least one of the following areas is mandatory:- Advanced/excellent knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems
- Advanced/excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server
Basic knowledge in the following areas is mandatory:- RDBMS
- Active Directory and GPO
- Network topology/layers, network protocols including the ability to analyze network traffic (using Wireshark)
- Network connection tools and utilities
- Android
- Mac OS X
- Antivirus and firewall rules and policies
- Virtualization
Knowledge of the following areas is an advantage:- Microsoft Exchange Server
- Microsoft SharePoint Server
- IBM Lotus Domino / HCL Domino
- ESET PROTECT
- Experience with antivirus products
- Experience with REST API
Basic wage component (gross): from 1750 EUR - Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
