TTI Nordic is actively seeking a new member for our Nordic After Sales Service team who will assume complete responsibility for supporting and delivering solutions for our Milwaukee service partners in Sweden.

Our Nordic After Sales Service team in Hvidovre is responsible for supporting and creating solutions for our service partners in the Nordic countries, who handle the repair service of our Milwaukee and Ryobi products.

About you

We seek an outgoing go-getter whom we can train and support for this specialized role - we will teach you the technical aspects of our power tool products. You thrive in an effective, dynamic, stakeholder-driven environment, and excel in proactive problem-solving and process optimization for ensuring partner satisfaction.
More specifically, we imagine that:

  • You speak and write Swedish and English, and it's advantageous if you understand at least one of the other Nordic languages.
  • You have a practical and pragmatic mindset and aren't afraid of responsibility and getting things done.
  • You are excellent at finding solutions to new and unknown issues.
  • You are proactive, analytical and forward thinking
  • You are comfortable and experienced in dealing with various partners/stakeholders.
  • It's a big plus if you have experience in either service, logistics, delivery handling, warranty handling, or the tool industry.
  • You would thrive with 20-30 travel days per year.
  • You have a driver's license for a regular passenger car (category B)
