Remote Based Swedish Speaking Presales Representative - Biotechnology (Remote anywhere in Spain only)Basic Salary €22,200 gross/year + up to €6,000gross/year in bonus + €1,800 gross/year attendance bonusJob Duties:· Execute daily outbound phone calls and respond to emails regarding clients inquiries and detect and establish new business possibilities in selected market area· Ensure client satisfaction by excellent customer care in every contact throughout the sales cycle.· Proactively detect possibilities of cross-selling and up-selling and establish new business possibilities· Retain and grow the existing base of customers· Interpret customer needs and proactively act to understand those needsCandidate Criteria- Native level Swedish and good level of English.- Background in either Sciences or experience in sales· Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, or similar fields is considered an advantage but not essential - and interest in the industry will be considered.· Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and understand complex scientific concepts.· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.· Previous sales experience in managing own sales funnels and being in close contact with clients.· Previous experience with analytical instrumentation sales (CMR) and Microsoft Office are desirable.· Able to multitask and stay detail oriented.· Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.· Motivation & personality seeking customer satisfaction in a multi-stakeholder environment.· Experience working in a lab environment or in service sales.· Experience in a call centre environment performing outbound calls.· Experience working in a lab environment or in service sales.The Job Offer:· A full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday· Salary: 22.200€ gross/year + up to 6.000€ gross/year in bonus + 1.800€ gross/year attendance bonus· Permanent Contract· Relocation Package· Established career path to grow within the project· Continuous training and certifications· Dynamic business casual environment with colleagues of all ages gathered in a highly motivated team· Excellent work environment, great colleagues, social arrangements and personal development
