Your responsibilities
- Provide support to HR community, managers and employees in various HR-related topics.
- Recommends enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on experience with customers.
- Communicates information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers as needed.
- Performs data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Service.
- We are living Hitachi Energy core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background
- Experience in an international company with matrix organization preferred
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs.
- A good eye for details and excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork ability
- Pro-active and can-do mindset
- Proficiency in Swedish// Norwegian/Danish and Estonian knowledge preferred
