RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you speak Swedish and want to learn how to work with payroll and Talent Acquisition ?
At HR Services EMEA in our Service Hub Berlin we stand for comprehensive HR service delivery throughout the region Europe, Middle East & Africa. We rely on more than ten years of high-quality service delivery as BASF's internal service provider and are amidst a transformation project, taking further services on board for more than 20 countries. To complete our team, we are currently looking for a candidate for the position of junior Swedish payroll and Talent Acquisition.

  • You receive training on Swedish payroll tasks and labor legislation.
  • You take part in the transformation project and support the transfer of services from the local company in Sweden to our Service Hub in Berlin.
  • You contribute to shaping the new HR services delivery model for our Sweden group companies.
  • After completion of the project, you are responsible for the ongoing service delivery and the preparation of the monthly payroll in collaboration with our payroll provider, post payroll activities and additional internal as well as external reporting.
  • After training, you are in charge to write attractive job adverts, come up with creative publication strategies, coordinate job interviews with in-house partners and handle other recruiting administration tasks.
  • Further, you ensure smooth coordination of the onboarding and providing monthly reporting and statistics to business on recruitment.
  • You are the main point of contact and provide professional recruitment services to hiring managers, local HR stakeholders and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Beyond this, you collaborate with your international colleagues to exchange potential candidates for positions in Europe and identify potential talents.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Educated to a degree level in HR/Accounting or related fields.
  • First experience in HR Admin/recruitment and/or payroll. Open to considering candidates with a background in accounting or other related fields.
  • Strong and proactive customer-oriented approach.
  • Adapt easily to a fast-changing work environment and take personal initiative.
  • Keep a clear head even under pressure, work in a well-organized manner and able to think analytically.
  • Used to working with IT systems and MS Office applications and solid MS Excel skills. Experience with CRM and SAP is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English. Dannish or Finnish is a plus.
